Meet Maisie & Mildred

Newly married in October 2024, Maisie and Mildred created Clean with Pride to bring a higher standard of professionalism, honesty, and detail to the cleaning industry.

Mildred is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 28 years of experience as a business owner. Throughout her career, she’s successfully built lasting partnerships, including with Fortune 100 companies, and has earned a reputation for exceptional leadership and integrity. Mildred believes deeply that “people come first,” and this philosophy drives Clean with Pride’s commitment to creating a safe, supportive work environment and delivering top-tier service to every client.

Maisie brings extensive experience in import/export, global logistics, US customs brokerage, and holds a Mortgage License—skills that sharpen her attention to detail, compliance, and delivering high-quality results. In 2023, she also earned a Computer Information Network Administration Certificate from Laredo College, adding strong technical and organizational skills to Clean with Pride’s operations and systems.

Together, they blend business expertise with a genuine passion for creating sparkling spaces and delivering excellent client experiences. As proud members of the San Antonio LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, they’re dedicated to serving every client with respect, integrity, and pride.
