Welcome to Clean with Pride. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
Services Provided:
We offer residential, commercial, short-term rental, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services. Specific details will be confirmed during your booking or free quote.
Access to Property:
Clients must ensure our team has safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
Health & Safety:
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our team (e.g. presence of biohazards, aggressive pets, unsafe environments).
Breakage or Damage:
Our team is trained and careful. If accidental damage occurs, we will inform you immediately and work toward resolution. Clean with Pride’s liability is limited to the cost of cleaning services for the day of service.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We’ll return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
Payments:
Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment options.
Late Payment Policy:
Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice. Any invoices not paid within 24 hours of the issue date will be considered past due. A late fee of 50.00 per day will be applied to all overdue balances. Continued nonpayment may result in a pause or termination of services until the account is brought current. We understand that unexpected situations can occur — if you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss arrangements and avoid additional fees.
Privacy:
Your information is kept confidential and used solely for providing cleaning services and communication.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. To ensure fairness for both clients and our staff, our cancellation policy is as follows:
24-Hour Notice: No fee if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service cost.
No-Show: If we arrive and cannot access the property, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
